We currently have a vacancy for a Depot Supervisor based in Lincoln.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Depot Supervisor for our busy and growing Lincoln depot. Your duties will include managing operatives, allocating work, upholding the working time directive and general day to day operational duties.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within traffic management along with good attention to detail, initiative to resolve issues and strong communication skills. You will be confident in using Microsoft programs and training will be provided on our bespoke computer systems.

The role will also require the need to be on call during evenings and weekends as needed. You may also be required engage in site operations, on-site customer meetings and undertaking internal depot site audits.

We currently have a vacancy for a Trainee Co-Ordinator based at our Garboldisham Depot.

Depot based Trainee TM Co-ordinator required to support the depot manager to manage traffic management operatives with integrity, a positive and fair leadership quality that drives a customer focused and a “can do” attitude throughout the whole team.

The successful candidate will look to promote and ensure that compliance to MLPT process and procedures are adhered to whilst also working towards best practice and efficiencies by operating within a continual improvement culture. You will also be organised and with a good attention to detail you will also have strong IT skills.

This role will be depot based and will involve being the point of contact for customers and ensuring excellent customer service standards at all times. You will also provide front desk support in handling calls, updating logs and spreadsheets, co-ordinating work and operatives and general day to day office duties. Full training will be provided.

In return you will receive:
• Competitive salary between £18,500- £21,000 gross per annum, dependent upon experience

This is a new role that will work alongside the High-Speed Contracts Manager working upon Highways England Frameworks. Covering five depot locations this is a challenging yet rewarding role for someone with High-Speed TM experience that is looking for their next opportunity.

The ideal candidate:
We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
• Experience in a similar role

The role
You will be reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor as part of a busy purchase ledger department which currently processes accounts payable for several companies within the Group - duties include but are not limited to:

• Receipt all daily invoices and statements – nominal coding/depot allocation
• Reconcile Supplier statements
• Process all daily invoices with precise attention to detail (high volumes during month-end)
• Contact Suppliers for missing invoices
• Contact Depot Administrators with purchase order/purchase invoice queries
• Ensure accurate document control according to procedure
• File all processed invoices appropriately according to procedure
• Process all paid invoices appropriately according to procedure
• Process expense and credit card claims according to procedure
• Calculate and record profits on rechargeable items (X-Hires and Resale)
• Collate and process new Supplier forms
• Ensure intercompany charges are processed correctly according to procedure
• Learn all areas of Purchase Ledger Administrator Role in order to provide absence cover where required
• Other ad-hoc general office duties when required

The ideal candidate
The successful candidate must have at least 18 months’ experience in a similar purchase ledger role and be confident with all Microsoft programs. Experience with Sage would be advantageous but not essential as we currently use Sage in conjunction with a bespoke system. Excellent attention to detail is vital and you will have accurate data processing skills, a professional phone manner and be able to work independently and within a busy team. Please note that you may also be required to work paid overtime during busy month-end periods at the discretion of the team.
